Can i smoke marijuana during chemo/Carboplatin platinum?

I was diagnosed with pure seminoma in the right testicle. I had tje orchiectomy and surgically removed. Im at stage 2 but my CT scan and PET scan was negative. I just took my first cycle of carboplatin platinum chemo today 6-27-11 and im really concerned with marijuana. Im a daily mj smoker, breakfast , blunt fot lunch, blunt on break, blunts after work. Blunt before dinner. Blunt before bed... Now, i started chemo today, but was told not to smoke weed... First of all it helps me with everythibg. Concentration, apetite,anger etc.. Question is, will it hirt me to smoke every now and then for my nasuea and apetite, bit in a small amount, not multiple blunts a day.. Any answers are helpfull, thanks..
