How would I get canary yellow/Lady Gaga yellow hair?

If I buy Manic Panic Electric Banana, could I get it to be more of a canary yellow rather than a neon yellow? My hair right now is almost platinum blonde. If not, are there any semi-perminant hair dyes that are that shade of yellow that you know of? Thank you!
