I would suggest charging 100.00 and if they will commit to having you come back on a regular basis then tell them you will give them a 25.00 discount since they will be a regular customer. If they decline then charge them 100.00 for a one time only fee. We had 5 acres and paid 125 a month to have it mowed after the initial 100. But gas was a lot cheaper then and the guy used a tractor and did no raking. You need to make at least 10 dollars an hour per person to make it worth your while..
