Is it Natural or clowns?

Guys say they like girls who are natural. To me natural means no make up and girls who feel beautiful in their skin. And dont need tight clothing to look good.I am not natural. I wear makeup. But barely any. But other than that I'm natural. But why do guys say they like natural girls but when you see a hot guy he usually is with a girl wearing so much makeup she looks like a clown. Platinum blonde hair(obviously fake) Tight shirts and short bottoms. And sometimes fake boobs. Natural is supposed to be beautiful. Why all the sudden are fake bimbos the "it" girl.?
