How do I gain muscle, (arms,stomach?)?
I was going to give you mass gaining and strength training advice, but your not there yet. At thirteen don't look to bulk up, but get cut. To do this your going to lift lighter weights, but more times. (take a ten pound dumbell and do bicep curls until you can not lift it anymore. Do this with both arms.) Diet is crucial and super important. You have to drink A LOT of water (muslce is 75% water, it only makes sense that its needed). Protein is the most important fuel for muscles (go to wal-mart and buy 100% whey protein powder and make shakes.
