Help! I need answers before something bad happens to me or my family!!!?

Ok so my last question was wondering if I can sense the paranormal and I got yes, but someone also said my house is haunted. If I can sense ghosts is there a way to contact them so I know if they are trying to harm me and my family or not? Also, if my house is haunted, why I'm I the only one that notices everything that's happening? My Step dad also believes in ghosts, why do they keep messing with me? I haven't told my mom anything for fear that she'll think I'm crazy and rake me to a doctor or something. It's gotten so bad I lay in bed every night terrified and can only get to sleep around 4 oeste 5 in the morning. These ghosts are starting to run my whole life! Should I tell her? How would I even start the conversation? I want to be alone if I tell her. If my house if haunted, how do I know what priest can bless my house and if necessary reform an excersism? I NEED ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS ANSWERED AND AS MANY ANSWERS I CAN GET!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
