Best black hair dye for dying blonde hair?

what is the best brand of black hair dye for dying platinum blonde hair? When I dye my hair with the black, I want it to turn out BLACK. I've heard of some people that have blonde hair that have tried to dye their hair black....well, it didn't really turn black.
