I need help with an idea for mothers day!?

I have two incredibly talented sisters who both went to art school. Every year they make her extravagant mother's day gifts, quilts, hand-sown passport covers, a mosaic bowling ball, etc. Problem is, I am not crafty and she only likes hand made gifts! And this year is a particularly special mothers day because it will be my first one sober since I was 20, and my mom will be in India on mothers day visiting my sister who works at an orphanage. For all that she has done for me I want to think of something incredible and creatively hand made, it doesn't matter how much time it takes, I have two weeks to make it. I would like to use really cool materials, she loves antiques, antique fabrics, mosaic things, swallows and doves. I want it to be shabby chic and really awesome, please help me out with ideas!
