Is David Icke a scammer?

Is there any evidence that he is a hoaxer/con artist or something of that nature? What about Stewart Swerdlow or Alex Collier? I mean real evidence that any of them are cons? They have interesting information but I want to be sure that they really believe what they say and are not just looking for quick ways to rake in cash.
