Mass Effect 2 Arrival for PS3? When is it on the PSN Store?

Hey guys, yeah it kind of explains it all in the name, but when does Mass Effect 2 Arrival come out for PS3? I can't see it on the PSN store =/ its not on the Cerberus Network ether, I really want to download it, got the Platinum for it last night :3 best game ever.
