What do you think about the "adult baby" case - guy getting disability benefits?

None of us have all the medical evidence presented to make the same determination SSA has. But being an adult baby unless one has severe psychological problems is to me not a disability but a lifestyle choice when done 24/7. But than again I cannot imagine anyone who is of sound mind making this choice.
