Where in the bible does it say Mosaic law isn't for Gentiles?

I've heard a lot of Christians saying that they can eat pork/wear polyester/get a tattoo/have gay sex/work on saturday, etc without being punished, even though these actions are prohibited by Moses, because the laws are only for Jews and/or Israel. Can someone please explain, and also list bible verses that support this view.
