For the republic part 2 Help?

So i wanted to side with the ncr so i did for the republic part 2 up until the omertas parts and when i went back to hoover dam to finish the quest i cant talk to the colonel. so i tried doing yes mans quest i did all of it but then soon realized i never got the platinum chip from benny before i freed him>>>> so im vilified with ceaser, glitched with yes man and ncr and mr house is dead.... WTF DO I DO!?
